Responsible AI & Workplace Automation
Formulating safe AI usage policies, discovering shadow AI risks, and deploying high-ROI enterprise LLM workflows on existing tools.
Technology governance, cyber risk, responsible AI adoption, and getting more out of what you already own.

Consolidating identity (Okta/Entra), modern device fleets (MDM), and zero-touch onboarding systems that survive rapid growth.
Battle-tested compliance programs for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF designed to protect without paralyzing product shipping.
Unifying fractured platforms post-acquisition and renegotiating redundant SaaS licenses to consistently capture 15% to 25% in IT savings.
Two identity providers, two device management platforms, duplicate licenses, and no plan for any of it. I have integrated more than ten of these.
Company data is going into tools no one has reviewed. Inventory what is actually in use, write a policy people will follow, then decide what is worth building.
SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF. I have run this pre-IPO and inside a regulated investment bank, where a bad week is not an option.
Portfolio audit, redundant SaaS, vendor contracts. The first pass usually finds 15 to 25 percent.
What worked at 200 people does not hold at 900. Identity, devices, onboarding, and service desk, rebuilt to survive the next thousand hires.
Fixed scope and fixed price. You get written findings and a plan specific enough to hand to your team, your MSP, or your next hire.
I run the thing end to end, working with whoever you already have.
A few days a month. Strategy, vendor negotiations, hiring your team, and the decisions nobody else wants to own.
Full history on LinkedIn.
I started as a systems administrator in Buenos Aires, Argentina and spent the next twenty years building IT organizations that had to grow faster than anyone planned for. I led IT across the Latin America at JAS Forwarding, ran Corporate IT at WeWork through the pre-IPO years, and most recently led global IT operations and infrastructure at Moelis & Company.
I now do that work on a fractional basis, for companies that need the judgment of a Head of IT without the cost of a full-time one.
When I'm not architecting cloud infrastructure or optimizing SaaS budgets, I'm usually outdoors. Born in Argentina and having traveled extensively across the Americas, I thrive in dynamic environments.
I am always open to connecting with fellow CIOs, tech founders, and business leaders to share insights and explore synergies.
